ACHIEVERS GYMNASTICS LEVEL 3 TEAM SHINES AT STATE CHAMPIKONSHIP

Elizabeth Forsythe wins State Title! 7 Top 5 Placements and 24 Top 10 Placements 

DENTON, TX – The level 3 Gymnasts from Achievers Gymnastics Center completed their competition season at the Texas USA Gymnastics Level 3 North State Championships held at Metroplex Gymnastics in Allen, Texas.  This was the culminating competition for the Compulsory Level 3 gymnasts.  The competition was attended by more than 350 of the top gymnasts throughout the North Texas area with many Achievers gymnasts placing at or near the top of the competition.

A state championship title was earned by Elizabeth Forsythe from Lantana.  Forsythe won the state title on Vault in Level 3 Jr. B3 division.  Sarah Dooley, from Denton, won a silver medal on Floor Exercise in Level 3 Jr. B3 division.  Additionally, bronze medals were also earned by Jolie Burr, from Denton, and Alaina Roberts, from Denton.  Burr won the bronze on Uneven Bars in Level 3 Jr. C3 division.  Roberts earned her bronze medal on Balance Beam in Level 3 Sr. B2 division.

The Achievers Gymnastics Level 3P team will now begin preparation for the 2019 competition season.

Claire Ewing, Denton, 7^th on Bars and All Around, 8^th on Vault                 

And Floor Exercise.

Level 3P, Jr. B1 Division:

Emmarese Harrison, Decatur, 6^th on Beam, 8^th on Vault.

Level 3P, Jr. B2 Division:

Madalyn Gonzalez, Corinth, 9^th on Floor.

Level 3P, Jr. B3 Division:

Sarah Dooley, Denton, 2^nd on Floor, 4^th All Around, 6^th on Bars, 7^th on Beam.

Elizabeth Forsythe, Lantana, 1^st on Vault, 4^th on Floor, 8^th All Around, 10^th on Bars.

Level 3P, Jr. C3 Division:

Jolie Burr, Denton, 3^rd on Bars, 4^th on Beam, 8^th All Around, 9^th on Floor.

Level 3P, Sr. B2 Division:

Alaina Roberts, Denton, 3^rd on Beam, 7^th All Around, 8^th on Vault and Bars, 9^th on Floor.
