Brian Holt Realty has opened a new real estate brokerage in Denton County.

Brian Holt Realty will focus on residential real estate clients in Denton and Collin counties and the surrounding area. The new brokerage has joined with the Greater Denton/Wise County Association of REALTORS®, Inc. in order to provide clients with a specialized knowlege of the local area and maximize the growth potential of the North Central Texas region.

Brian Holt, Broker was with ERA Cornerstone Realty after receiving his real estate license in 2007. Previously, Brian Holt owned Tobacco N More in The Colony for eight years before successfully selling the business in 2006 in order to focus on a career in real estate.

While at ERA, Brian Holt was recognized for the successful real estate business model he created and received ERA’s Circle of Honor for recognition of his sales volume. In addition to the Texas Real Estate Commission’s Broker license, Brian Holt has acquired the Accredited Buyer’s Representative and the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource specializations.
